Our Returns Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 7–14 days of delivery for unused/unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees — unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we cover all costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the natural and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened hygiene items for safety reasons. If you have any concerns before opening, please reach out first.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We'll arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost to you.
