- Logical focus order and visible focus indicators
Content & Language
- Plain, clear language used throughout the site
- Form fields include descriptive labels and error messages
- Page titles and headings clearly describe each section
- Links are descriptive and make sense out of context
Our Commitment
Tivee Organics is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our baseline standard, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our site. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our products and information, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.
Known Limitations
While we work hard to meet accessibility standards, some areas of our website are still being improved. These include: • Some older product images may lack detailed alt text descriptions — we are updating these progressively. • Third-party integrations (such as payment processors and embedded tools) may have their own accessibility standards that are outside our direct control. • Video content does not yet include captions — this is on our roadmap. We apologise for any inconvenience these limitations may cause and appreciate your patience as we improve.
Assistive Technologies
Our website has been tested with commonly used assistive technologies, including: • Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (iOS/macOS) • Keyboard-only navigation • Browser zoom up to 200% If you experience any issues using our site with your assistive technology, please let us know so we can address it.
